| For 1 I've been in contact with this customer pretty much the whole time and lastly his price that I charged him reflected that. If at any time a customer can no longer wait, they just let me know and I offer a refund. So there isn't a whole lot of chance for loss for a customer. Considering I do anywhere from 30-50 individual order a month on smaller items and have minimal to no complaints...I think I run things pretty well. Special orders do however slow things down...ie...powdercoating...specialty items for chrome...yadda yadda. But I appreciate the support Kenny. Love ya.
